April 20, 2024 – Day 30 or 1 month after Tibia Rods Removal surgery. I am recovering very well and I am fast walking on the treadmill for 1 mile at 3.6 mph. The video also shows how to walk backwards on the treadmill. My gait is fully restored and I am working on building speed and stamina.
